Baked by Berg — Pick-Up Policy

1. Overview
Baked by Berg operates as a small-batch, made-to-order home bakery located in Perth, Western Australia.
All products are baked fresh on designated bake days and are available for pre-scheduled pick-up only.
This policy outlines how pick-ups work, when they can be scheduled, and what customers need to know to collect their orders safely and on time.
2. Pick-Up Location
All pick-ups occur from:

(Exact address provided after order confirmation for privacy and safety.)
Please do not arrive without an arranged pick-up time, as products are prepared fresh and stored safely until collection.
3. Pick-Up Times
Because we operate on a FIFO roster, Baked by Berg follows a bi-weekly order cycle:
Standard Pick-Up Window
🗓 Sunday
⏰ 8:00 AM – 11:30am
Orders must be placed by Thursday at 8PM for Sunday pick-up.
Special Orders
If you need cookies outside the usual window (events, bulk orders, birthdays, business catering), please contact us directly.
We’ll confirm if the timing fits around the baking schedule.
4. Missed Pick-Ups
We get it — life happens!
If you’re running late, please message or email us as soon as possible.
If you miss your pick-up window:

Your order will be held for up to 24 hours (depending on product type).

After 24 hours, items may lose freshness and cannot be refunded.

We cannot guarantee product quality if collected after the designated time.
5. Handling & Storage
To keep your cookies at their freshest:

Pick up promptly during your allocated time

Transport in a cool, shaded place (especially in Perth heat!)

Store cookies in an airtight container once home
Heating/Reheating instructions can be provided on request.
6. Order Verification
For the safety of all customers and smooth pick-ups:

7. No-Contact Pick-Up (Optional)
If you prefer a no-contact pick-up:
